The contact details of any prospective landlord are only available if the landlord has a paid membership, or you upgrade to Wonder Tenant Plus.
WonderLet E-mail Alerts - you can receive e-mail alerts direct to your PC about properties that match your requirements.
WonderLet Text Alerts - you can choose to receive text alerts direct to your mobile about properties that match your requirements.
WonderLet E-mail Account - this can be used by you to send messages to, and receive messages from, any landlords that have properties that match your requirements. You will only be able to read received messages if the landlord has a paid membership, or you upgrade to Wonder Tenant Plus. For security reasons your WonderLet e-mail is incorporated within this site and is separate from your own e-mail.
WonderLet Background - this enables you to run WonderLet in the background of your PC and be notified when any new matches or existing ones are online even if you are doing other work on your PC; simply log on to WonderLet.com.
WonderLet Favorites - this enables you to save any landlords whose properties match your requirements, should you wish to access them at a later date. The landlord’s details are saved to a Favorites Folder within this site until your membership has run out or been cancelled.
WonderLet Photos - This facility enables you to upload onto the WonderLet site a single photograph of yourself; which has proved to attract more interest from landlords.
The cost of this service is £24-99. Your details are kept active for a period of 120 days or until you deactivate them. After the 120 days your membership will revert to a free account. This membership entitles you to the following:-
